TTA TILING SHOW AND AWARDS EVENING POSTPONED
Having closely monitored the current Coronavirus outbreak, The Tile Association (TTA) Board has announced the postponement of the annual Tiling Show and TTA Awards evening, initially due to take place in Birmingham on 27th March.
A statement released by the TTA read: “Although there is currently no prohibition on events of this type taking place, it seems likely that the Government may introduce one in the coming days. In any case, we feel that a postponement is the best course of action in order to protect the health and safety of all those whom we expect to attend the event.
“We are sure that the industry will be disappointed at this turn of events, but will be supportive of the TTA Board’s decision.
“The Tiling Show and Awards ceremony have established themselves as an important fixture in our industry’s annual calendar, so we are working hard to establish an alternative date. We appreciate your support and any bookings will remain valid for the new date, whenever it is set. There will of course be full publicity around the new date, to ensure maximum participation.
“Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause.”
